How to Read Odds
tak bat displays odds in three familiar formats: decimal, fractional and American. For new bettors, the decimal format is the easiest to understand.
Team A to win, stake ৳200. Decimal 3.00 = Fractional 2/1 = American +200.
If the bet wins, you receive ৳600 (৳400 profit + your ৳200 stake). If the bet loses, ৳200 is gone.
With decimal odds, simply multiply the stake by the odds to get the total return — making the calculation straightforward. Fractional odds follow the British style, showing how much profit you earn relative to your stake. In the American format, a '+' sign shows profit on a ৳100 stake, while a '-' sign shows how much you need to stake to make ৳100 profit.
Team B to win. Decimal 1.80 = Fractional 4/5 = American -125 (you need to stake ৳125 to make ৳100 profit).
