These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the tak bat platform and all services provided under it. By using the tak bat website or app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you object to any term, please stop using this platform.

1. Definitions and Applicability

1.1 Key Definitions

In this document, "tak bat", "platform", "we", or "us" refers to the entity operating tak bat. "User", "you", or "member" refers to any person who has registered on this platform or is using its services. "Services" refers to all gaming, sports betting, live casino, and other entertainment activities provided through tak bat.

1.2 Scope of Applicability

These Terms apply equally to all tak bat products, services, promotional offers, and digital channels. Accessing the platform through a mobile application or any other channel is subject to the same Terms. Additional terms may apply to specific promotions or games, and these will be stated in their respective descriptions.

2. Account Registration and Verification

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account on tak bat, you must provide accurate and complete information. It is mandatory to correctly fill in your name, date of birth, mobile number, and preferred payment method. tak bat reserves the right to close any account opened with incorrect or false information at any time.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each person may hold only one account. Opening multiple accounts using the same mobile number, banking details, or device is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are found, all associated accounts will be closed and any funds held may be forfeited.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep all login details — including your username, password, and OTP — completely confidential. tak bat will not be liable for any unauthorised use that results from sharing this information with a third party or from your own negligence. If you notice any unusual activity on your account, contact the support team immediately.

3. Age and Eligibility Requirements

All casino and sports betting services on tak bat are exclusively for persons aged 21 and above. No one below this age may use the platform. tak bat may at any time request a copy of a member's national identity card or passport for age verification. Withdrawal requests may be put on hold until age verification is complete. Knowingly allowing a minor to play, or operating an account on their behalf, will be treated as a punishable offence.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Payment Methods

tak bat accepts bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay for both deposits and withdrawals. Transactions through any other method are not supported. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

4.2 Minimum Amounts

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳200. The minimum amount required to make a withdrawal is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawal requests are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Account verification and any active bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled before a withdrawal is processed.

4.4 Transaction Authenticity

All payments must be made from a mobile wallet registered in your own name. If a transaction is made using someone else's wallet, tak bat will not be responsible for refunding that amount and the account may be subject to investigation.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

The tak bat welcome bonus is a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement must be met before the bonus amount can be withdrawn — you must wager the bonus amount 20 times. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000 — to become eligible for withdrawal, wagering of ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 must be completed. Bonuses are never paid out as direct cash.

5.2 Other Promotions

All promotions — including weekly reloads, the Friday special bonus, and birthday rewards — have their own terms. It is important to read the relevant detailed terms when claiming each offer. Bonuses may be cancelled if a promotional benefit is claimed incorrectly or misused.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

If a member attempts to exploit weaknesses in the bonus system — such as creating multiple accounts, sharing a device with others to claim multiple bonuses, or meeting wagering requirements through artificial betting — tak bat reserves the right to cancel all bonuses on that account and suspend the account.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Validity of a Bet

A bet will be considered valid only when the platform has successfully confirmed it and the member's account holds sufficient balance. If a bet is not completed due to a disconnection or a technical issue on the platform, it will be considered void and the relevant amount will be refunded.

6.2 Results and Winnings

The records of tak bat's system are final in determining the outcome of all games and sports bets. If an incorrect result is displayed due to a technical error, tak bat reserves the right to review and correct that bet. For sports events, the official result of the relevant governing body will be accepted.

6.3 Real-Time Restrictions

tak bat may at any time restrict or suspend the availability of specific games or markets — particularly just before a match starts or when unusual activity is detected in a market. Bets already placed in such cases generally remain valid; however, if cancelled for technical reasons, the amount will be refunded.

7. Account Suspension and Closure Policy

tak bat may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms
• Suspicion of fraud, cheating, or money laundering
• Providing a false identity or false documents
• Misuse of the bonus system
• Involvement in prohibited activities
• By order of a court or authority

A member may also request voluntary account closure at any time. In such cases, any valid withdrawable balance will be returned within the specified timeframe. Detailed procedures for self-exclusion and setting limits are available in the Responsible Gaming guidelines.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tak bat:

• Operating multiple accounts by the same person or group
• Transferring or renting an account to a third party
• Bonus arbitrage or placing bets through artificial means
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the platform's software or data
• Using automated bots or scripts to place bets
• Threatening, harassing, or defrauding other members
• Transacting through money laundering or illegal funds

9. Limitation of Liability

tak bat always strives to maintain the quality of its services; however, our liability is limited in the following matters:

• Loss or bet cancellation caused by internet disconnection
• Delays or errors in third-party payment gateways
• Disruptions caused by issues with a member's device or software
• Service interruptions during unexpected technical maintenance

tak bat's liability for any direct or indirect financial loss suffered by a member shall in no circumstance exceed the amount of that specific transaction.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the tak bat platform — including logos, graphics, text, software, designs, and databases — is the intellectual property of tak bat or the relevant content providers. Members may use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. Reproducing, distributing, or using any content commercially without prior written permission is prohibited.

11. Privacy and Personal Data

The methods by which a member's personal data is collected, stored, and used are described in detail in our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you also consent to the terms of that policy. tak bat never shares member data with third parties for commercial purposes. However, information may need to be provided to relevant authorities under legal obligations.

12. Changes and Updates to Terms

tak bat reserves the right to amend, revise, or add new clauses to these Terms at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified via their registered mobile number or through the platform. Continuing to use the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms. It is therefore recommended that you review this page regularly.
